To be honest - initially I wasn’t very comfortable with the program because it had tons of bugs. The reason I didn’t abandon PropTrackr was because of their very excellent customer service. The ability to quickly resolve problems is the most important trait a service company can have. At this point I’m very comfortable with the program and it easily provides all the functions I need to move my business forward. If your business isn’t organized you’re going to have things fall through the cracks…which translates into lost revenue, deals, and reputation.
