PropTrackr has saved my short sale career! I have not been doing short sales for very long, so inexperience and lack of organization was killing me. PropTrackr helped me get organized, allows my clients to see updates without having to call me all the time. My realtor is able to update files on the system, and so much more without ever contacting me. Overall this program has freed up so much more time for me to learn and bring in more clients which means more money for my company. To be honest – initially I wasn’t very comfortable with the program because it had tons of bugs. The reason I didn’t abandon PropTrackr was because of their very excellent customer service. The ability to quickly resolve problems is the most important trait a service company can have. At this point I’m very comfortable with the program and it easily provides all the functions I need to move my business forward. If your business isn’t organized you’re going to have things fall through the cracks…which translates into lost revenue, deals, and reputation.
Where do I begin. For starters, this software is jam packed with features. It’s simple and easy to use. Great Product!
